How long does a typical project take?
Most projects are delivered in 7–13 business days. Simple integrations can be done in under a week, while complex multi-agent systems or full CRM setups may take up to two weeks. I'll give you a clear timeline in the scoping call.
Do you work on Upwork or direct?
I work primarily through Upwork, which provides payment protection and a verified review history for both parties. For returning clients or larger engagements, direct contracts are also available.
What do you need from me to get started?
Just a clear description of the problem you want to solve and access to the tools you're already using (CRM, email, etc.). We'll handle the technical scoping together in our first call — no technical knowledge required from your side.
Do you offer support after delivery?
Yes. Every project includes a 14-day post-delivery support window for bug fixes and adjustments. Longer-term maintenance retainers are also available for ongoing automations.
Can you work with tools I already have?
Absolutely. I build around your existing stack wherever possible — I don't push unnecessary new tools. Whether you're on HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace or a custom system, I'll integrate with it.
